Valid for only one (1) C&C event per year. You must have a valid C&C Insiders membership at the time of the event. If a ticket is redeemed without a valid membership, the ticket will be void. Complimentary tickets cannot be transferred and must be registered under the same name associated with your Insiders account and that matches your government issued I.D. For all other events, Insiders get 20% off tickets.

Once you become a member, you can join the Slack workspace by clicking on the link in your welcome email or the “Join Slack” button on the Library page here. You can always find this via the “Join Slack” link at the bottom of our site once logged in.

Our Slack community offers a place to ask questions and get real-time answers, receive early event updates, promote your services, and network with fellow entrepreneurs and small business professionals.

Our opt-in Member Directory offers inclusion and access to your fellow bosses. To access it and see other members in the directory, please visit settings and opt-in to share your contact info.

Login to your account here. Go to Settings. Select the “Billing Info” menu at the top right-hand corner of the page. Update your debit/credit card or add a new card under “Saved Credit Cards”.

Memberships are an annual  commitment and non-refundable, however, if you choose to cancel beforehand, you may, and you will continue to have access to the site until the end of your membership term. If you do not wish to be charged before your auto renewal, you must cancel at least 15 days prior to the date. 

To cancel your membership, login here. Go to “Settings,” then click on “Billing Info,” and scroll down to “Active Subscriptions.” Select the menu on the right, next to the name of the subscription, and select “Cancel this subscription.”

If you were migrated to this membership platform from the former platform, you were granted special access through the end of your existing billing cycle and will not see a "Billing Info" section under your account. Please notify us at [email protected] if you have questions about canceling your account.
